Refund policy

Eligibility:

- Unopened products: Full refund within 30 days.  

- Opened/used products: Non-refundable (FDA hygiene rules).  

Process:

1. Email us within 30 days with order # and photos, hello@innerradiancefiber.com  

2. Return unopened items (customer pays shipping).  

Exceptions: 

- Defective items: Free replacement + return shipping.  

No refunds for international customs fees.
